Uniform - Bardwell School At Bardwell School we do not have a school uniform for pupils or strict dress code for staff. We believe that all pupils and staff should wear clothes which suit their personal preferences, are comfortable, protect dignity and are suitable for the work they are carrying out. Many of the neurodivergent individuals within our Bardwell School community have heightened awareness of sensory stimuli. Research studies suggest that being comfortable in what we are wearing affects our psychological state, promotes increased productivity, boosts confidence and supports us to have a positive mindset.
